Rshadow is great at Photoshop, so I'm sure he'd be able to whip something up for you.

I am decent at photoshop (though I don't actually have it anymore). I can still probably make you something though.

I can work on it tonight after I get home from works, which will probably be somewhere around 10pm est.

Edit: This is not going so well without PS. You would be better asking someone else.
